Position Overview

GOSH Enterprises Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasury Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient cash flow management, forecasting, and strategic decision-making

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Cash Management: Monitor and manage the daily cash position to ensure sufficient liquidity at the entity level.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare accurate and timely cash flow forecasts, incorporating historical data, market trends, and operational insights
• Banking and Treasury Management: Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms and conditions for banking services and credit facilities
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of effective treasury management systems and processes
• Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for excess cash, ensuring alignment with the company's risk profile and liquidity requirements
• Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with treasury controls and support SOX and external audit requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand and support their financial need

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics,
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate treasury or finance role.
• Knowledge of payment systems (Wires, ACHs, Book Transfers).
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and cash management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
