The Treasury Management Senior Specialist will assist our sales team. They will provide quotes, recommendations and perform team sales on-site. Once products are implemented, they will support customers and be their trusted advisor, while working with our Business Developers on the relationship side. They will be responsible for the protection of the Bank's assets through adequate security and fraud prevention measures related to the Treasury Management Program.

Essential Functions
- Responsible for managing client onboarding process with a focus on delivering high-quality service and efficiency. Ensuring new clients are onboarded swiftly while maintaining an exceptional level of service.
- Develops and drives prospecting, contact, and referral strategies for business development opportunities with new and/or existing clients. This includes developing and cultivating relationships with centers of influence and referral sources. Works closely with commercial loan officers and branch staff in onboarding, development, and maintaining new and existing relationships.
- Actively participates in joint client and prospect calls and presentations with commercial loan officers to further business development and sales efforts; leads Treasury Management discussions with clients and prospects, identifying and assessing client needs and challenges.
- Assist clients with all Treasury Management support calls regarding but not limited to online banking, remote deposit, wires, ACH, merchant services, lockbox, smart safe and accounts and positive pay.
- Identifies Treasury Management opportunities with current customer base to grow relationships for the Bank.
- Perform relationship profitability analysis of top clients and enhance the overall profitability monitoring system and process.
- Responsible for customer training, installation, implementation and maintenance to keep all Treasury Management products functioning for the customer's best use.
- Assist with client interviews to ensure systems and products are clearly defined as requested by the client.
- Perform annual remote deposit audits with customers.
- Assist with annual ACH customer risk reviews and optimize the process.
- Responsible for supporting the daily operations of Treasury Management.
- Become knowledgeable of Bank's Treasury Management products and services.
- Actively identifies and promotes Treasury Management products that align with customer needs and deliver value to clients. Analyzes and eliminates Treasury Management products that are not desirable and do not provide value to clients.
- Develop Treasury Management sales proposals and pricing for prospective and existing clients to further develop and strengthen business relationships, including developing request for proposal (RFP) letters.
- Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Maintains compliance with all government regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation E (Electronic Funds), Regulation CC (Funds Availability,) CRA and Regulation DD, Loan Policy or other policies pertaining to your position.
- Be willing to travel to business customer locations as needed
- Assisting sales with quotes and product information for business customers
- Stay current on rates for Richwood Bank products
- Assist Team with miscellaneous office support
- Demonstrate de-escalation knowledge and troubleshooting knowledge
- Basic knowledge of cash settlements including NSF, ODP, wires, dormant accounts and charge-offs
- Creating/updating departmental Richwood Way documents

Education
- High School Diploma or GED, College Preferred
- 3 years work experience in Treasury Management
