We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Treasury Management Sales Consultant in the Banking industry. As a Treasury Management Sales Consultant, you are responsible for expanding existing and new commercial relationships by driving the sales process for the treasury services to commercial clients, managing relationships, and providing tailored solutions and services to meet their financial needs.
The salary for this role will be between $90,352 and $133,720. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant's skills and prior relevant experience. Hired candidate may be eligible for healthcare benefits, 401K plan, short term & long-term disability coverage, life insurance, vacation & sick time, educational assistance, and several holidays. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams, such as relationship managers, risk management, and product development, to deliver exceptional customer service and build a meaningful portfolio of clients. You will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base. You prefer to out of the office generating new opportunities by creating solutions that support the needs of Riverview Bank's clients and prospects. You have demonstrated a successful track record of outside business to business sales.
**Responsibilities**
· Conduct end-to-end sales process for treasury services, from prospecting to closing new relationships.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as their trusted advisor for financial solutions.
· Provide comprehensive financial analyses and recommendations to clients to optimize their treasury operations.
· Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement treasury solutions tailored to the specific needs and prospects.
· Stay up to date with market trends and developments in treasury management to effectively advise clients and prospects on best practices.
· Monitor and manage the overall performance and profitability of client portfolios.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
**Requirements**
· Proven track record of driving and closing sales relationships.
· Strong understanding of treasury products and services, including cash management, risk management, and liquidity solutions.
· Excellent relationship management and client servicing skills.
· Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice to clients.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, prospects and other stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
· Business to Business sales experience.
· Proactive lead generator that drives solution-based opportunities that contribute to growing the banks non-interest income.
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry specific software applications.
**Education and Experience**
· Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
· 2 years of experience in treasury management sales within the banking industry.
· Certified Treasury Professionals preferred but not required.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to effectively communicate via phone/video, messaging, and email. The employee is required to use computer and office equipment such as a computer, printer, copier, as well as computer software such as Microsoft Office. You may also frequently be required to occupy a workstation for long periods of time.
