We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Management Sales Consultant for a remote position. In this role, you will provide primary servicing support for high-value, complex Treasury Management relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary servicing support for high-value, complex Treasury Management relationships.
Expand and build client relationships, generating, managing, and servicing their treasury needs.
Track and resolve client-related issues, escalating when necessary.
Align loan clients with suitable treasury products and identify other banking needs.
Partner with key stakeholders on cross-sell opportunities.
Facilitate onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.
Review sales, service, and implementation processes to recommend efficiencies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, with 2+ years of banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending, or related experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Working knowledge of banking, treasury management, products, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Strong sales, client product, and relationship management skills.
Excellent influence, problem resolution, customer service, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, complete assignments, and meet deadlines with good attention to detail.
Proficiency in using PCs and MS Office products.
