Job Overview:
The Treasury Management Operations Specialist (TMOS) position requires a solid understanding of Treasury Management products, exceptional communication skills for troubleshooting online banking service issues, and proficiency in various computer systems for research and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Bank policies, procedures, including BSA/US Patriot Act, OFAC, security, and confidentiality policies.
- Serve as a backup for the Senior Treasury Relationship Manager when needed.
- Contact overdraft customers with input decisions to complete the daily overdraft report.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Retail Business Online Banking, Zelle, BillPay, or other products.
- Assist customers with funds transfers, setting up Zelle access, and processing Zelle payments.
- Complete onboarding for new accounts, ensuring applications documents are accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with the BSA Department to ensure compliance with BSA requirements (e.g., Customer Identification Program, Know Your Customer, Account Opening Due Diligence).
- Assist with the setup that troubleshooting of Remote Deposit Capture scanners, coordinating with IT partners for installations.
- Set up ACH that check positive pay services for business customers and provide training on the decision-making process.
- Process outgoing ACH files with a strong focus on time sensitivity.
- Set up and train customers on online wire origination, ensuring proper usage and security procedures.
- Assist with ACH and Wire risk limit increases within established authority
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A full-background screening process will be initiated including credit check.
- Knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
- Capacity to handle confidential customer information with discretion.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong computer skills and an understanding of electronic and deposit products.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
