We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Treasury Analyst to join our manufacturing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated professional to assume a pivotal role in the evolution of our rapidly-growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also play a key role in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes. Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting and global liquidity management.
2. Manage bank and financial institution relationships, including negotiation of fees and services.
3. Execute domestic and international funds transfers.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury reports.
5. Manage vendor payments and ensure all transactions are carried out in accordance with company policies.
6. Oversee credit management, including the evaluation of customer credit risk and credit limit decisions.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of treasury-related systems and procedures.
8. Conduct reconciliations of all funds movement and ensure accuracy and compliance.
9. Participate in the evaluation and management of financial risks and insurance requirements.
10. Use SAP and advanced Excel skills to optimize treasury operations and financial analysis.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in using SAP and advanced Excel skills is a must.
4. Proven experience in cash management and financial risk management.
5. Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and cash movement.
6. Solid understanding of credit management principles and practices.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
