As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, overseeing daily treasury operations, cash management, and reporting activities.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule after training, allowing flexibility while contributing to our dynamic environment.
Location: Houston, Texas
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with Accounts Payable to resolve any operational issues.
- Bank Account Verifications: Perform regular verifications to ensure accuracy and security.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger and bank activities across US and global accounts.
- Cash Forecasting: Assist in preparing and analyzing cash forecasts and scorecards for US and international regions.
- Treasury Management System: Support software development for our treasury management system, Kyriba.
- Remote Deposits: Execute remote desktop deposits as needed.
- Letters of Credit and Guarantees: Maintain reporting for global letters of credit and bank guarantees.
- Certificates of Insurance: Assist with requests related to certificates of insurance.
- Intercompany Billing: Prepare monthly intercompany billing requests for letter of credit charges.
- Bank Account Fees: Conduct monthly analysis of bank account fees.
- Bank Statements: Manage monthly bank account statements.
- Document Management: Maintain records and documents related to bank account management.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake special projects and additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in corporate treasury or accounting.
- IT Aptitude: Demonstrated ability and interest in IT and software development.
- Team Player: Works effectively within a team environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Diligent in completing tasks with attention to detail.
- Goal-Driven: Inspired by achieving set objectives.
- Self-Starter: Motivated to perform independently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
