Responsibilities:

- Manage team of workers, schedules, project process, and materials.

- Monitor progress and budget to ensure completion within deadlines

- Communicate with clients, Project Managers, and other management to provide updates on project status

- Implement safety measures to ensure a safe work environment

Superintendent Job Functions:

- Travel to project sites as needed

- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors

- Problem-solve and make decisions in high-pressure situations

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met

- Prepare and submit project progress reports

 Superintendent Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

- Willingness to travel frequently
