Construction Superintendent to provide on-site supervision and management for General Contractor. Must have ability to travel for construction projects in retail, vehicle service centers, healthcare, and ground up projects. Responsibilities will include scheduling trades, working with Project Manager to keep project on budget and schedule Clear communication skills required to effectively work with subcontractors, building officials, and inspectors. Previous applicable experience is a requirement.

Job Details
Construction Superintendent to provide on-site supervision and management for General Contractor. Key skill sets required:
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Oversight of all subcontractors to ensure layout and accuracy
- Coordinate trades properly to avoid schedule conflicts
- Daily reports and weekly safety meetings
- Receive and inventory deliveries to ensure Owner and GC provided materials are accounted for
- Manage inspection process from progress inspection to Certificate of Occupancy
- Hold subcontractors to high level of workmanship
- Ensure a clean and organized job-site throughout construction
- Self starting individual ready to push the schedule while working well with team members
