Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details
The Construction Superintendent is accountable for the progress and successful completion of industrial construction projects on time, under budget, and in accordance with project drawings, specifications and other contractual agreements.
PREFFERED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience with Cold Storage, Distribution Centers, Processing Facilities, or Pharmaceutical projects
Project planning and scheduling, contracts and project controls and procedures
Experience in Industrial and remote location construction
Strong organizational skills
Frequent travel across the country is required
Must have a valid driver license
Intermediate use of entire Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Procore is a plus
Ability to follow company safety guidelines required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Interpreting contract drawings, specifications, and submittals
Work with Project Managers and Project Engineers to facilitate construction project plan
Ability to read and interpretate structural drawings, MEP drawings, civil drawings
Determine construction techniques to be used to construct the project
Oversee quality control and safety of all construction on the jobsite
Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and JSAs with subcontractors
Maintain project schedule creating a 3 week look ahead
Develop a recovery schedule as required
Appropriately allocate manpower and resources
Manage all vendors and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis, identifying and resolving problems as they arise
Maintain a clean and orderly job site
Track and manage subcontractor project scopes proactively identifying potential issues
Ability to mitigate potential risk to the jobsite
