If you are a Construction Superintendent with commercial construction experience including commercial office, MOB, pre-engineered metal buildings, truck stops, car washes strip malls, big box and more, then  this job is for you!

A reputable commercial general contractor is is looking for a Construction Superintendent who can travel and manage commercial projects, ground up and build-out up to $25Mil.

What You Need for this Position

5+ Years of: 
- field construction management, especially working for a commercial general contractor
- Retail, commercial, restaurant, and/or mixed use experience
- on-site project management and administration
- cost control and contract administration
