Qualifications for a Traveling Construction Project Manager
- Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business
- 8+ years' experience in commercial construction, comfortable with General Contractor responsibilities
- Familiar with requirements of EM 385-1-1-Federal project experience
- Previous experience with a general contractor
- Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
- Take initiative and seek responsibility
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Commercial or Industrial construction experience
Compensation/Benefits for Traveling Construction Project Manager
- Base Salary: $125-150K
- Per Diem
