Based in Kentucky and North Carolina, our dynamic team is on the lookout for enthusiastic event sales staff to embark on a journey through the Midwest region.
Your Role as a Sales Representative:
As a Fine Designs sales representative, you'll become a part of our region-wide adventure, covering North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. You'll be at the forefront of promoting customized, on-the-spot event apparel at a wide range of sporting events, from soccer and basketball to volleyball, and more. Each event is a unique canvas for crafting lasting memories for athletes and spectators.
A Weekend with Us:
Every weekend, we hit the road to different locations, where we set up our sales booth and get into the game (pun intended)! Work typically takes place from Friday to Sunday
Flexible Schedule:
We understand that your availability may vary, so whether you're looking for consistent weekend work or occasional supplemental income, we can accommodate your preferences.
Independent Contractor Status:
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with this essential aspect of the position:
As an independent contractor, you won't be our employee. You'll be self-employed, and your name is your business name. You'll have the freedom to set your own schedule by letting us know the weekends you're available to work under contract with us. If slots are available, you'll be contracted for that weekend. If you have any questions about your contractor status, don't hesitate to ask during your interview, and our team will provide further details.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older with a Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel locally and cover distances of several hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (boxes, heat press, tent, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Pick up stocked company fleet vehicle from our Matthews warehouse
- Set up sales booth on-site
- Print and sell official event apparel to customers
Compensation:
- Earn a minimum of $300 per weekend or 8% commission on total sales—whichever is higher!
- We prioritize ensuring our team is compensated fairly. While commissions are typically higher, we understand that sales can vary depending on the event. That’s why we guarantee a minimum of $150 per full sales day, so you’re always supported, even during unforeseen circumstances.
