Summary: The Foreman works as part of a Construction Services team, managing the field operations for single or multiple projects. The Foreman oversees the work of construction laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and/or painters that are employed by Sevan Multi-Site Solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all work that is being conducted by Sevan Solutions construction team.
- Promote Sevan safety culture: maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment. Ensure Sevan’s safety requirements are met, encourage proactive safety practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately.
- Understands CPM scheduling.
- Ensure the project schedule is being met.
- Proactively communicate project related issues directly with the Project Manager and/or the Superintendent.
- Examine construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Follow Sevan’s standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
- Proactively identify and solve, or elevate project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience as a carpenter, electrician and/or plumber.
- Hands-on experience in working with materials.
- Punchlist experience.
- Completion of OSHA 10 or ability to complete.
- Ability to interact well with all levels of individuals.
- Willingness to do non-trade specific items.
- Excellent understanding of installation and construction.
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.).
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Willingness to always follow safety guidelines.

Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated compensation range for the position is $50,000 to $62,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
Work Conditions & Travel:
This role requires travel with partners for extended periods in various geographies and demographic areas (urban, rural, etc.). Multi-shift work may often be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules. Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work with fluid schedules and working conditions. Must have ability to stoop, stand, climb, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine. Involves movement between floors, and properties to facilitate work. Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
