As a Construction Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to lead exciting and challenging construction projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position can be anywhere in the Southeast. Atlanta Metro is great, but not required. Southeast is our focus (FL, GA, NC, SC, etc).

Requirements:

Requirements:
- 5+ years performing Superintendent role in retail commercial construction.
- Good track record working with project managers, management, and workforce.
- Understand and implement blueprints.
- Knowledge of state building codes.
- Strong background with all construction disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to build excellent working relationships with subcontractors and clients.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to manage conflicts in a professional manner.
How You'll Stand Out:
- OSHA 30 certified.
- Safety and other certifications.
- Certified in one or more trades.
- Can provide a portfolio or pictures of projects you have ran as a superintendent.
