Corporate Travel and Trade Show Manager
NaturesPlus is seeking an experienced and highly organized Corporate Travel and Trade Show Manager to manage travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for national and regional trade shows.
This role will support our outside sales team by handling all aspects of travel arrangements and trade show participation. Additionally, this role will manage travel planning for national sales meetings, managers' meetings, and provide executive travel support for the CEO.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Corporate Travel Management:
- Book and manage all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.) for CEO and outside sales force by ensuring cost-effective and efficient itineraries.
- Maintain travel schedules, preferences, and budget guidelines for CEO and each sales representative.
- Liaise with travel vendors and negotiate rates to optimize travel costs.
- Resolve any travel-related issues, such as delays or changes, quickly and efficiently.
- Track and manage travel expenses in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure travel plans align with company health, safety, and security standards.
- Track and manage employee attendance, vacation & sick allotment
Trade Show Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and manage logistics for company participation in national and regional trade shows.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of trade show events.
- Oversee booth setup, teardown, and shipment of marketing materials and products.
- Manage registration, accommodation, and transportation for employees attending trade shows.
- Track and report on trade show budgets, deadlines, and performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with trade show organizers, vendors, and contractors.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate travel management and/or trade show coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in travel booking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to negotiate vendor contracts and manage budgets.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for trade shows and other business events.
