Job Title: Traveling Superintendent - Hotel Construction

Job Description:
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site construction activities of Hotel projects from start to finish. Working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multifamily construction, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and excellence.
Traveling Superintendent - Hotel Construction Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for hotel projects
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Address and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and challenges.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily reports on project activities.
- Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards and within budget.
Traveling Superintendent - Hotel Construction Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Lead Superintendent in hotel construction.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
