Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,203 to $2,271 per week in Hayward, CA at Pioneer Healthcare Services

• Assess patients’ communication and swallowing needs and develop individualized treatment plans 
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills 
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care 
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques 
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed 
• Implement interventions in various settings, including outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities 
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued support 

Qualifications: 

• A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program 
• California licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
