Our Team has been providing the cutting edge treatment to all levels of our Community s Behavioral Health needs for over 100 years. We offer a full range of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in our newly renovated units.You will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.As a member of this team you will monitor, record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.Our nurses serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.As a nurse on our team you will be responsible for coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.Job QualificationsBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateNonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start dateRegistered NurseRegistered Nurse Diplomawill consider LTAC candidates interested in behavioral healthDescription for Job us about the unit(s):Number of Beds -24Number of Staff Varies shift to shiftType of Shift 1 charge RN, 2 RN, 2 mental health techNight Shift 1 charge RN, 1 RN, 2 mental health techPatient Ratios varies- 7-10Type of equipment DinamapEMR -MeditechSkill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Behavioral Health experienceChild/Adolescent experiencePreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
