**Job Title:** Program Manager III - Maternal Child Health (MCH) RN **Job Specialty:** Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** 12 hours, 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience (within the last 3 years) **License:** Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support - Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Advanced Cardiac Life Support **Must-Have:** - Graduate of an accredited nursing program **Job Description:** - Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill pediatric patients. - Support and adhere to hospital policies and procedures ensuring patient safety and compliance. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. - Utilize critical thinking skills to manage complex clinical situations effectively. - Engage in continuous professional development to maintain clinical expertise. - Stay flexible to accommodate the needs of the unit and respond to emergency situations efficiently. - Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
