**Job Title:** Program Manager III - Maternal Child Health (MCH) RN **Job Specialty:** Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 12-hour shifts, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience **License:** Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) **Must-Have:** Graduate of an accredited nursing program. **Job Description:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU. - Implement and monitor patient care plans while ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team. - Deliver care following established standards, policies, and procedures. - Participate in patient education and family support during hospitalization. - Utilize critical thinking skills to address complex clinical situations. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. - Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families. - Demonstrate professional development by engaging in ongoing education and training. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
