About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** NICU **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) **Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** 2 years required; prefers 4 years **License:** Valid CA License in hand **Certifications:** **Must-Have:** - Willingness to work two out of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) - Epic charting experience - References from a minimum of two supervisors covering one year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty **Job Description:** - Ratios: 1:2 - First-timers accepted - Weekends required every third week - On-call duties required - Must be willing to float between similar units and hospitals nearby - Open to accommodating block schedules based on manager discretion - Local candidates accepted at a lower rate within 50-mile radius - Return policy: Eligible to return as a traveler after 3 months - Orientation provided with non-billable hours - Modules required for completion pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours Please ensure to complete modules before starting, and anticipate floating between nearby facilities as required. Completion and compliance with all training are essential.
