He has a Clinical Assistant (CA) 40 hours/week - 1/2 the time is on the floor taking patients & the other 1/2 in the office as the CANurse AidesCNA's: Usually have 4-6 CNA's per shift. Floor specific orientationGeneral hospital orientation, then 2 full shifts on the unitCommon diagnosis / Types of patients"All ortho post-ops, all basic neuro post-ops (laminectomies, discectomies, spinal fusions), all other general post-ops (gallbladders, mastectomies, sleeve gastrectomy's, infections, other medical dx: COPD, CP, pneumonia, cellulitis, etc. Hemodialysis is on this floor. It is HIGHLY preferred travelers have experience with peritoneal dialysis.
