About The Position
ID: 52674380 Shift: Day Shift Description: 13 week opening for experienced Float Pool RN. Will float to ER, ICU, or Med/Surg departments. It is expected that the RN can float to at least 2 departments. 36 hours per week, 3x12 hour shifts. Will work day shift with one or two other nurses and a full-time physician. New, clean, modern facility in rural north east Oregon. Applicants should have three or more years of ER, ICU, or Med/Surg experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision. Will be scheduled to work 3 - 12 hour shifts per week including every other weekend. Assesses, prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing care provided. Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures. He/She is responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan, acts as the patient advocate, and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to him/her.
