About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Medical/Surgical Telemetry **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** To be discussed during interview **Experience:** Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience **License:** Permanent Ohio license or Compact State License required **Certifications:** BLS & ACLS required **Must-Have:** - Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience - Permanent Ohio license or Compact State License - Active BLS & ACLS certifications - Two references from a manager, assistant manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for **Job Description:** - Work night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM - Utilize Qualivis Lotus for submitting hours worked - COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required, with medical or religious exemptions considered - Nurses are exempt from the nicotine-free policy - A negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months - All leave requests to be discussed during interview and included in submission - Background checks must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract - Attend 16 hours of orientation - Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation with acceptable scores required
