About The Position
**Job Title:** Staff RN **Job Specialty:** Resource Pool Float **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Flex between days and nights, 36 hours a week, 3x12-hour shifts **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 **Experience:** A minimum of 18 months of recent critical care hospital nursing experience is required. **License:** Requires current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact. **Certifications:** ACLS required **Must-Have:** - Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice - Completion of a minimum of two years of education at an accredited school of nursing to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse **Job Description:** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients - Work primarily in the Critical Care Resource Pool - Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to an adult population - Adapt to various critical care settings as required - Follow nursing standards as outlined in the Scope and Standards of Practice 3rd Edition (2015) - Flexibility to float between day and night shifts as needed
