About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Intensive Care Unit (ICU) **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 19:00-07:00 **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience **License:** RN License **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH **Must-Have:** Critical thinking, self-motivated, ability to perform advanced procedures such as central line insertions and dialysis catheter insertions. **Job Description:** - Work in a 16-bed ICU/CCU unit with patient ratios of 2:1, occasionally 3:1. - Use various types of equipment including Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, and perform Hemodynamic monitoring. - Utilize Meditech for documentation. - Complete 36 hours weekly according to scheduling requirements. - Participate in a rotation for floating with core staffing. - Maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH. - Wear scrubs of any color, excluding denim, capris, or camouflage attire. - Enjoy a team-oriented work environment with flexibility in scheduling. - Contribute to initiatives like creating blankets for hospice patients and participate in programs like the Daisy Award for outstanding care. - Work in an environment that promotes a mix of experience among day and night shift staff. **General Comments:** Join a team that values teamwork and experience, and offers flexibility in scheduling.
