LTC Registered Nurse - Local Contract (Part-time, NOC shift) **up to $55/hr**

Connected Health Care is excited to partner with our client in the search for a talented Long-Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) near Fergus Falls, MN. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's healthcare team and make a difference in the lives of residents.

As an LTC RN, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and provide compassionate support to residents and their families.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Promote a safe and nurturing environment for residents.

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Previous experience in LTC or a related field is preferred
