- Shift: 5x8 Days Fri, Sat, Sun (0700-1930)
- Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.
- First-timers accepted: Yes.
- Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- Is on-call REQ? Yes- required as needed.
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
- Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
- Pending License accepted: No- need active license to apply.
- RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
- Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.
Job Details
- Certs REQ: ARRT, BLS, and IL state license required.
- Required Work Setting Experience: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, Operating Room.
- Required Abdomen/ GI X-Ray Skills/Experience: Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine (KUB), Abdomen upright.
- Required Chest and Thorax X-Ray Skills/Experience: Chest AP, Chest Lateral Decubitus, Chest routine, Upper Airway (soft tissue neck).
- Required Equipment Experience: O-ARM.

- A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card is required.
- Badge photo required within a week of signing. This is due no later than Monday before start.
- Candidate must review and sign within 7 days of signing contract.
