Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1724.00 - $1986.00
Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Cherryville, North Carolina working a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. Required Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)

Preferred Qualifications
