Treat 3-4 patients a day on average. Occasionally 5 patients. Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2 therapy techs during the week, 1 on the weekends Type of equipment : hi-low mats, Nustep, II bars, steps, balls, weights, car simulator, Bioness L200 and H300, BITS interactive computer system Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: M-F 830-5 (start and end times are flexible, but 8hrs is standard) and 2 weekends during 13 weekend assignment (added to the rotation with regular staff -would have 2 other days off during week) Floating policy: No floating Patient Experience requirements: 1 year Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS Hiring profile Years of Experience Required: 1 year Requested Skill Set: Experience with inpatient rehab and the Care Tool preferred Must have: Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Wound care Certifications Required: BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Black scrubs and closed shoes Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
