Travel Psychology - $2,800 to $3,200 per week in Statesboro, GA at Cogent Workforce Solutions Inc

Hourly Pay: $70/hr - $80/hr || Location: Fort Stewart, GA || Contract: 13 Weeks+

Job Summary:

The School Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services to enhance the academic, social, and emotional well-being of students. This role involves collaboration with school staff, families, and community resources to create a positive school environment and support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation: Collaborate with school staff and community resources on student behavioral and psychological issues.
• Program Development: Assist in creating and implementing schoolwide prevention/intervention programs (e.g., conflict resolution, anti-bullying).
• Student Support: Consult with teachers on strategies for students with academic, social, or behavioral challenges and develop accommodation plans.
• Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling on topics like academic success and stress management.
• Assessment: Administer and interpret psychological assessments, offering recommendations for interventions.
• Professional Development: Participate in training to enhance understanding of child development and behavior management.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety procedures and contribute to a positive school climate.

Work Schedule: Daily from 0800 – 1530 when school is in session.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field.
• Certified School Psychologist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
