About The Position
We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in February at a skilled nursing facility in California. This facility uses Rehab Optima system and has a 90% productivity expectation. Please reach out today for more information!
- ASAP Start Date
- Schedule TBD, occasional weekend coverage and float to nearby facilities as needed
- SNF and Rehab Optima experience preferred
- New graduates will be considered
