We are seeking a dedicated *Physical Therapist (PT)* to join our team. This full-time, contract position offers a competitive salary ranging from *$1,725.57 to $1,992.83 weekly* for a duration of *13 weeks*, with an anticipated start date of *ASAP* and a *day shift schedule*.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Instruct patients on exercise techniques and provide necessary therapies.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
