Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 12/9/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1929.66 - $2223.31
PT- HH, OP, IP needed asap for 13 weeksM-F DAYSResponsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy for modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:• Current Iowa Physical Therapy licensure, graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or equivalent.• Previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy preferred.• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS required. New employees certify within three (3) months after hire date.• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.• Strong written and verbal skills.• Basic computer knowledge.• Knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology.• Knowledge of physical therapy machine operation, maintenance and repairs of same.
