- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress towards goals.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards during all therapy sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation using Net Health/WellSky EMR systems.
- Adhere to facility dress code with a requirement of wearing navy blue scrubs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for improving patient care strategies.
- Demonstrate continuous professional development and stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
