Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 1/6/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2511.60 - $2752.08
Bill Rate: $100/hr + IRS Mileage Rate Start ASAP for 13 weeks Schedule: Monday-Friday Guaranteed Work Week: 40 Coverage: East and Central of San Diego May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address. Average 4-6 visits per day depending on type of visit for PT/OT/SLP Any overtime must be pre-approved. Send files to April
