• Pay: $ 2480 per week

• Travel: Physical Therapist

• Shift:  M-f 8-430

• Discipline: PT, OT, Speech

• Number of positions needed: 1 of each

• Facility Setting? ARU

•  Number of beds in your facility? 15

• EMR for your facility: Meditech

•  Scrub colors / dress code: na- scrubs open

• Parking Location: on site

• What is the work schedule for this position? M-f 8-430

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted KS License 

• BLS certification - required

• Must have at least 1 year of experience

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
