Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans to meet their rehabilitation goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and post-discharge care plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA.
- Current Delaware Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
