StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2000.08 - $2191.57
o 2+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience o Valid Driver License required for this need o Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance o Acute care experience preferred o Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required and NON-NEGOTIABLE o AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO TRIO/ PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.
