- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to manage conditions.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, modalities, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
