We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in February at a skilled nursing facility in Iowa. This facility uses Netsmart and Net Health system and has an 85% productivity expectation. Please reach out today for more information!

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Netsmart and Net Health experience preferred
• Skilled Rehab and Home Health - Post Acute or Long Term residents and Outpatient
• 6 home health patients per day
