Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include (but not limited to): CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, ostomy care, labs, IV infusion, etc. Any scrub color acceptable (must be professional).

3 yrs of PT experience required

13 weeks, possible extension

Days, 8-430pm

Weekend Rotation : 1 Saturday every 5-6 weeks 

Full time hours

Green Bay, Wisconsin

Wisconsin license or compact eligible required
