Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Shift: Days / 6:45a-5:15p, 10x4, 40 hrs  per week, working Tuesday through Friday

Length: 13 weeks

Holidays: As needed
Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

Requirements:

• WI license
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience
• Previous Travel required
• Skillset: Outpatient
• Education Requirement: Masters or Doctorate in PT
• AHA BLS

Other Details:

• No new travelers - at least 1 completed contract required
• Unit Info: Hospital setting, primarily outpatient with some inpatient
