M-F and occasional weekend coverage 1x a month (on call)

10-12 visits/day with float to acute care 3x/week on average

Ability to manage PTA staff preferred. Cute small-town feel - clinic in the middle of town center

34 hours guaranteed, working up to 40 hours

Elwood, Indiana area

Indiana license or compact eligible preferred
