Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in York, Pennsylvania. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,840 – $2,026 per week*
• 12-week contract with possibility of extension
• Skilled Nursing Facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Pennsylvania
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in an SNF preferred
