Requirements:

• AZ State Board of Pharmacy License and National Pharmacy Technician Certification - REQUIRED
• Minimum 24 months of current Acute Pharmacy Technician experience 
• Sterile compounding with sterile hazardous compounding experience
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active 
• No License Hits -
