Job Description:
- Responsible for daily management of all facets of the 340B Program at the assigned location
- Manage software maintenance and optimization for the 340B Program
- Reconcile and determine 340B Retail Patient Eligibility for all UPHS Retail Pharmacies
- Ensure compliance with 340B regulations and guidelines
- Complete routine analysis and auditing for the 340B Program
- Monitor inventory management purchasing patterns and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist with accounting support and reconciliation of the Ambulatory Pharmacy Program
- Support Senior Business Analyst, Business Manager, and other leadership with financial analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook required; knowledge of Lawson General Ledger system, QS1 Retail Pharmacy Software, EPIC, Kronos, and Hyperion products preferred
- Participate in special projects and provide recommendations for areas of concern
