Travel Pharmacist - $3,800 to $4,000 per week in Springfield, IL at Lancesoft Inc.

Shift: Day/Evening/Night - 5x8. The two primary shifts needed for this traveler will be 07:00 – 15:30 & 14:30 – 23:00.
Weekend REQ: Will work 8 weekends per contract.

Years of experience Required: Minimum 3 years. 
Open to 1-2 yrs exp with strong critical care/ED experience.
Inpatient / Acute care experience required
First-timers accepted: Yes.
Certs REQ: BCPS, BLS AHA, Board Certified, and State License required.
IL state license required to apply OR must have active application with ETA.  

Required Dosing Skills/Experience: Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, High risk medications, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Psychotherapeutic Management, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring. Pyxis experience required. Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist experience Required.
