- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
- Rotating schedule - days 630-1500, 730-1600, or 1030-1900, evenings 230-2300, overnights 2130-730 on weekdays and 2030 to 730 on weekends
- Contract Hours/Week: 40
- Holiday Requirement: Per unit need
- First-Time Traveler Accepted: Yes
- Block scheduling? No
- Certifications Required? PharmD, RPh, NJ state license required

- Patient Mix/Skillset: The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions) as well as inpatient/ER
- Role must be chemo-certified and able to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication
- Specific Equipment? Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred
- Charting System: Epic experience required
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Green - provided while compounding
- Other: Parking: free in any unrestricted space, no pass needed

Unit Specific Information
- This is required to clear.
- Government Issued Photo ID required.
- TIME SENSITIVE, Driver’s license required to be provided within 48 hours of signing.
- AHA required, RQI and AHA instructor cards acceptable. COCs accepted as place holder, CL must notify PC.
- Certificates expiring within a month of start will need renewal confirmation(Email/Receipt) to clear.
